FFA "You can run, you can hide, but you can't escape my love..."

FFA Topic: What do you, or would you, hide from your kids?

Are you seriously kidding me? How much time do you think I have?? Wow--if I thought LAST week's topic was hard to narrow down, this is so much harder. I hide EVERYTHING from Jack. Whew! Where to begin?
I've already posted about my Cherry Coke addiction. That goes without saying. So I will post about things I SHOULD hide from him.
1. My Chex Mix addiction. I am afraid he's going to think it's a food group.
2. My language. I'm not going to lie that I'm pretty sure he said, "What the h#$$ was that?" the other day. Yikes. It's just a matter of time before we're in the grocery store, (he loves to ride in the cars) and he's going to start shaking his fist out the window and swearing like a sailor because some old lady in a motorized cart cut us off. Not to mention the awkward situations sure to arise in Primary!
3. My feelings about the HB. Yes, she makes me absolutely insane but this kid is a friggin' parrot and some things just should not be repeated. Especially if they're about a particular family member. Oh my.
4. My shopping problem. Is it a problem that my 3 year old knows my PIN and freaks out when we're shopping if I don't let him swipe the card and put in the PIN? I didn't think so.
5. The remote. For some reason, he's fascinated with The Family Guy. Of course he doesn't understand it, but it is horrifically crude (and coming from me, that says a lot!) and he just doesn't need to see it.
Okay, this post has to stop because I could go on forever but Jack needs me to help him cut up his play-dough into little bitty pieces because he needs to make food for his baby chickens and his mommy and daddy chickens and his baby birdies and his mommy and daddy birdies. We have to cut it into itty bitty pieces and put it inthe container and shake it. But it's okay if we leave crumbs on the table. I love his little world!
