1. The strange aftertaste of Diet Coke used to be what I didn't like about it. Now, that's why I like it so much.
2. Whilst procuring my "40" this morning (see #1) at the nicest Mav in town, a scrubby sort of chap was in line in front of me buying beer and cigarettes. (Because, really, who DOESN'T need cigs and hooch at 8:00AM?) He let me go before him. But in a gentlemanly way, not a creepy way that would lead me to believe he was going to follow me to my car. It just goes to show, you can't judge a book by its cover. Besides, who am I to judge? It is 8:57 and I'm chugging Diet Coke already.
3. I am disturbed that Hollywood's elite gets hooked up phat with goodie bags from awards shows. Can they not afford to buy these things themselves? Of course they can. Now, if these companies went to women's shelters and handed these things out, I would have much more respect for them.
4. I'm really not sure why I am very socially aware this morning.
5. It does nobody any good to be bitter-especially towards someone in particular. It doesn't affect THEIR life at all. I learned a very good lesson from a very good friend (You know who you are): The person who says the least (Or, I might add, shows the least amount of anger/frustration/impatience) has the most control.
6. I have an office supplies problem. I LOVE pens and paper!!!
7. When did I turn into a domestic cooking/cleaning/stitching/quilting kind of person??? How did this happen and why am I not more upset about it?
8. Did I say "hooked up phat?" Who says that??
9. I think we should all work together to bring "Gag me with a spoon" back.
10. I want something else to get me through this semi-charmed kind of life.
