Husband Tag

Okay, true confession: I am tagging myself. Am I a geek or what? I think Scott is sadly neglected in this little blog o' mine--I talk about me (A LOT) and Jack (almost as much) but only mention Scott in passing, which is highly unfair because he's really a great guy. So here's the 411 on the boy silly enough to sign up for eternity with yours truly. Poor lad.
1- What is your husband's name? Scott Gary--aka "The Boy."
2- Who said I love you first? I'm pretty sure he did..how have I forgotten these details?
3- Who is taller? Scott is 6'3 and I'm...part midget.
4- Who is smarter? This is not even a question--he is WAY smarter. An engineer for crap's sake! Although he does need me around for things like spellchecking and grammar correction.
5- Who is more sensitive? That would be me. He's more matter-of-fact.
6- Who does the laundry? Er, him.
7- Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? He does.
8- Who pays the bills? Well, it was him but then I became a stay at home kind of mom and had more time to do it. So then it was me, and now everything is paid automatically online. Thank goodness.
9- Who cooks more? Me. Definately. But he's a great helper!
10- What meals do you cook together? Lots of them. It depends on when I start dinner. If I'm still cooking when he gets home he jumps in to help. What a champ!
11- Who is more stubborn? It's a draw. It depends on the topic. If we're talking about money, he is. If we're talking about anything else, I am. ;o)
12-Who is the first to admit they are wrong? Me. He has many, many gifts. Acknowledging wrong is not one of them. Ha ha.
13- Who is more clean? Um...he's more tidy, I'm more clean. Does that make sense? He is forever picking up after me, but I'm the one scrubbing toilets.
14- Who has more siblings? Since my family dynamic is a bit wacky, we'll give him the prize. 5 in all.
15- Who wears the pants in the relationship? Please refer to #11.
16- What do you like to do together? We love hanging out with Jack, of course, the kid is a riot. We really don't do a lot just the two of us. I think we were way boring before Jack came along. We must never retire.
17- Who eats more sweets? It depends on what it is. Usually I start them and he finishes them.
18- Guilty Pleasures? None. Seriously. I can tell you that in the 6 years we've been married, he has NEVER made a single impulse purchase. He's amazing.
19- How did you meet? Um, well...we met...in the MTC. Don't judge me!
20- Who asked who out first? I think he asked me, but I planned the date. Did I ask him? Aw crap. I don't know. I'm apparently not a real girl.
21- Who kissed who first? He kissed me. It was very sweet.
22- Who proposed? He proposed to me. On broken theater seats. With a twisty-tie ring. It was a lot more romantic than I'm making it sound.
23- Best features? He has the cutest dimples and gorgeous eyes.
24- What is his best quality? Again, he's the hardest worker I've ever known. For example, tonight he ran right to his cousin's wedding from work, then to some friends' house to pick up Jack when they said that their basement flooded. He came home to change his clothes and grab the shop vac and some fans and went back over. When that was done, he came home to change his clothes again and went back to the wedding to help take everything down. He's still not home. Really, he's amazing. Just amazing and I'm so glad he's mine!
